My name is Yupeng Yang. I was born in Tianjin,
China and I lived there until I graduated from high school. When graduated, I
was thinking about what I was interested in. The result comes out that there is
nothing but eating, maybe cooking as well. So, I choose my major Food Science.
After 3 years of study, I came to OSU for advanced technology. The processing
classes are really excited. I just made canned tomato salsa in lab this Monday.
My hobby is pretty much my major, food processing labs in school and cooking at
home. My dream is to make a product which could be sold all over the world. It
is really enjoyable to see the smiles when people eating my dishes. Also, I
often hang out with my friends to try out some new dishes. Here are the top five
list of my favorite Japanese cuisine:
